👋 Hi! Get your 🍻 related BlueSky handle here!
Do you want to be known as @someone.drnk.beer, @someone.drnk.social, or maybe something completely different? The two first (and a growing number of others) we can help you with right now!
We provide custom novelty handles for AT Protocol apps, most notably BlueSky, along with a personalized link page accessible at your new handle URL. Explore a live example at demo.drnk.beer to see what your link page could look like.
🚀 Step 1: Who are you?
To set up your new alias, we need to link it to your existing BlueSky handle (probably username.bsky.social).
Don’t worry, this is just to fetch the necessary technical details (your DID), which are already part of your public BlueSky profile.
Simply enter your current BlueSky handle below and click "Mash in" to continue!

My ideal pint is one that tastes like the backstory of a fallen techno-druid from a visual novel I may or may not be coding. I rate with vibes, not stars. And I believe every beer has a story — especially the ones that don’t want to be found.

🤔 Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is a Bluesky handle, anyway?
It’s your username, but fancier. Instead of @crazymike2373.bsky.social, you could be @mike.pours.beer. Custom domain = instant cred. Sort of.
-
Why would I want a beer-related Bluesky handle?
Because @mike.pours.beer slaps harder than @mike69420.bsky.social. It’s cooler, cleaner, and says "I drink with taste". Sorry Mike!
-
Who is this for? Breweries, bars, or random beer nerds like me?
All of you. Brewers, reviewers, influencers, homebrewers, or just proud drinkers who want a slick handle.
-
Can I use one of these handles for my personal account?
Of course! You don’t need a taproom, or to be a bartender to use @mike.pours.beer, just good taste and a mild internet addiction.
-
Do I need to already have a Bluesky account?
Yep! We reserve the handle for a certain DID, so without an existing BlueSky or AT Protocol user to provide us with the DID there's nothing for us to hang the handle on.
-
Other handle providers give away handles for free, why do you charge?
To pay for the hosting and domain registrations. If you don't want to pay for a handle those other providers should be easy to find 😎
-
Can I buy one just to flex and not use it yet?
Absolutely. Digital cellar-worthy handles are a vibe.
-
How do I buy a handle from you?
Follow the step-by-step process above, then select your product plan to check out. Crack a beer. We'll guide you from there.
-
Can I request a handle that’s not listed?
Sure thing. Drop us a note. If we like your style, maybe we’ll make it happen.
-
Is there a way to reserve a handle that’s currently unavailable?
If it’s marked taken, it’s taken. But we might add a waitlist or alerts soon. (No promises)
-
Can I buy more than one?
Of course. Maybe you’re starting a beer brand universe. Or maybe you just want backups. Check in with our support if you plan to buy more than 2, we might throw in some discounts.
-
What payment methods do you accept?
Most major debit and credit cards (whichever are supported by Stripe at the moment)
-
How do I set this up on Bluesky?
We’ll send easy instructions. If you can open a beer, you can probably do this.
-
Can I transfer the handle to someone else later?
We're not against that, but we don't have any functionality in place for self-service at the moment. Reach out to our support, either @drnk.beer or the contact info in our Terms of Service.
-
Is the handle mine forever?
If you buy a lifetime membership, then yes the handle is yours for as long as you want it. Our Terms of Service will always be updated with all the legal limitations that apply to "lifetime membership".
-
Are there any restrictions on what I can do with the handle?
Not really, just follow the rules of whichever AT Protocol app you use it on.
-
Do I fully own the handle after I buy it?
No. You get full rights to use it in accordance with our Terms of Service, but the actual domain ownership stays with drnk.beer.
-
Can I link the hanle to my own website or use it for email?
No. This is currently not possible. If there's a demand for it we might consider adding it in the future
-
What happens if Bluesky / At Protocol changes how domains work?
Then we adapt. We’re nerds — we’ll stay on top of it and figure something out. See details in our Terms of Service
-
Can I use the handle to promote my brewery or beer project?
Absolutely. Fly your flag.
-
Are any famous breweries using your handles?
Not yet, but maybe you’ll beat them to it. Early adopters drink first.
