Welcome to drnk.beer, operated by Monoco AS, a company incorporated in Norway (924 211 229).

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your company to this Agreement.

Services Provided

drnk.beer offers the sale and management of custom handles for applications built on the AT Protocol, including but not limited to Bluesky, and a minimally customizable personal page for the customer's beer related personal links.

Order Terms

  • All orders are non-recurring, one-time payments
  • Payment is processed automatically by Stripe based on the selected plan (1-year or lifetime)

A lifetime membership means "for as long as this service is running" or "for as long as the AT Protocol exists and continues to use handles in the same way it does today," whichever comes first.

We guarantee that the service will exist for at least 5 years from your purchase date. If the service is discontinued before that period, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the elapsed time of your membership up to 5 years.

If the AT Protocol undergoes significant changes that prevent us from offering the same handle functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or transition plan.

Additionally, if we lose access to the domains associated with your handle due to circumstances beyond our control (such as domain seizure, registry failure, or legal restrictions), you will be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the elapsed time of your membership up to 5 years, or have the option of migrating to any of our other available handles.

Payments & Refunds

  • By placing an order, you authorize our payment processor (currently Stripe) to accept payment on our behalf
  • Prices are listed excluding any applicable sales tax. If tax is applicable, it will be added during checkout by Stripe. You are ultimately responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your account and deny future service.
  • If you believe you have been fraudulently charged for a service you did not order, please contact support within a reasonable timeframe. We will gladly help you refund the charges and cancel the purchase.

Acceptable Use & Restrictions

  • Handles must comply with any AT Protocol guidelines
  • Handles may not be used for illegal, deceptive, or abusive activities
  • We reserve the right to revoke or suspend handles that violate these terms

Limitations of Liability

drnk.beer and Monoco AS are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, service disruptions, or changes to the AT Protocol beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration in Norway, unless required otherwise by law.

Privacy and Data usage

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this processing.

Updates to This Agreement

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
